Got a copy of my pip report in today don't know who the examiner was talking about but not me there must have been two of us in the same room according to him I just need leggings and a cape superman lots of lies in it and he contradicts himself to.no chance of care and a possibility of maybe mobility.as it said I can't walk more than 200 metres. I have no mental health team or support workers according 2 him a lie.1 back up letter and a prescription was all the evidence I supplied another lie.had letters for mental health and doctors and consultants. As for care in his opinion i should b chairman of the board well he never said that but reading his report he might ad well.so it's an appeal when they officially make there decision and this guy is a paramedic he will need 2 if i c him again not on telling lies can i report him?😭😭😭😭

    HI Dru,

Did you add up the points in the report. At the start of the report there should be boxes with dots, you can either use the online PIP self test and the PIP descriptors to work out the points you could have scored. Sometimes the report itself can sound contradicting but it's the points you need to look at too. Have another look Dru, there will be daily living and mobility. When you've checked please come back and let me know.

Dru if the report says you can't walk more than 200 metres then that won't be any award at all. For PIP it's between 20-50 metres for Standard and no more than 20 metres for Enhanced.

Was it just the moving around part you were claiming for, for mobility or the following and planning a journey part (based on mental health) Please do take a look at those dots in the boxes.

I did look at the dots all were dotted in the very top boxes except 1 Denise mobility can walk 50 metres but no more than 200 I scored barely nothing he just lied all the way the I have no support workers or any health team involved with me according 2 report the girl that's involved with me 4 pip is off till Monday can I phone pip the now 2 complain about him Denise.

I'm so sorry to hear that Dru. You won't have a mobility award either because that one gives you just 4 points and you need at least 8 for an award.

Are you claiming for physical condition as well as mental health? The moving around part is for physical but the following and planning a journey part is for mental health.

To make a complaint you don't ring DWP because the report will have nothing to do with them. All assessment report complaints must be put in writing to the assessment providers. Their complaints procedure will be explained on their website. Don't expect a reply from the complaint though, as mostly they don't even bother to do this, sadly.

You will have to wait for the decision letter to be able to ask for the MR but i'm sure the person helping you will know what to do. It will be a very long process Dru but don't give up.

No I claimed care also Denise to sent in letters from physciatricts and social worker too and he lied about that letter from doctor and prescription he put down. He told me he had several letters 4 my support I have scored nothing.

I know you claimed for the daily living (care part) but for the mobility do you have problems with your physical health (walking) or were you claiming for mental health for the following and planning a journey part of mobility. There's 2 parts to mobility "moving around" and following and planning a journey.

You need to fight it once you have the decision letter, you will have 28 days to send your Mandatory Reconsideration letter request. If that fails and most of them do then it's off to Tribunal, unfortunately. Waiting time are very long, so be prepared.

I claimed the lot Denise physical which I have got problems with both legs and feet and planning a journey too my physciatrict put down I can't but he said I can but he is lying about my documents surely pip has them because I sent them away to them with my pip form and that will contradict that git who done my assessment.

I see. I remember you telling me you sent in evidence but sadly the evidence won't stop them telling the lies. They tell lies a lot on these reports. They do tell the truth too but we don't often hear the good stories. You won't be able to anything now until the decision letter arrives. You have the report, which will help the person helping you to write to MR letter.

Only 20% of MR decisions are successful and because you didn't score any points at all you don't really have much chance of being successful with this either. The Tribunal will be your chance to tell your story so appearing in person will be your best chance. You do still have to ask for the MR first though because you can't take it to Tribunal without asking for this first.

I really am sorry to hear all of this. Keep fighting and dont give up. The good news is you've been kept in the Support Group and that won't be affected by this decision.

No problem. You will need to put your complaint in writing and send it to the assessment providers who ever it was that did the assessment. DWP don't deal with assessment report complaints.

If you google who it was that did your assessment all the complaints procedure will be on there.

Ano u were right Denise before I phoned pip but so wound up I had 2 phone them 2 tell them am al likely going 2 b refused pip and struggle 2 pay bills now because of that lying b because he told a complete bag of lies and he is a paramedic too so will definitely b making a stink about that done it in past about councill and made front page in mirror so not letting him off the hook.anyway get my dla on Tuesday so if the report comes in saying computer says no will I b entitled 2 another payment it's only low care but it pays bills 🤣

DLA will be paid until a decision is made on your PIP. Once a decision is made you'll be paid another 4 weeks money and then it will stop. Either way you'll still have Tuesday's money and most likely another 1 after that but it does depend when a decision is made on the PIP.

I know you're angry Dru but please try to calm down. There's a lot of people like yourself who have been refused PIP when transferring from DLA. PIP is very different to DLA and some won't qualify because of the PIP descriptors being very specific, they won't apply to everyone. I'm not saying they don't apply to you because i don't know anything about your condition and how it affects you.

As i said before you'll still have to ask for the MR and then Tribunal to fight it like everyone does.
