Pip mobility mh ruling

Hi was wondering if you are getting standard rate mobility pip (descriptor e 10 points can't take any journey due to overwhelming distress), will it be changed to enhanced rate due to the recent mh court case ?

    Hi,

DWP will eventually look through all existing PIP claims. How long this process will take is anyone’s guess, as I believe there’s something crazy like 160,000 claims to look through. The ruling for the descriptor won’t apply to everyone. If it applies to you then you’ll eventually be contacted by DWP.

You don’t need to do anything in the meantime and your review will continue as normal, 1 year before your award is due to end.

Hi lee thanks for your reply.i m happy to say I actually had a phone call just now telling me I passed my f2f assessment and that back payments are due . What a relief. On answering your question I am not claiming pip at the moment I am thinking of putting in a claim though. Many thanks again.
