PIP taxable?

Hi! I work part time as an accountant due to my awful mobility, and so earn only just under the personal allowance amount. I recently successfully applied for PIP and now have those payments - I was wondering if they are taxable? This salary calculator ( https://salary-calculator.org.uk/ - it's been a great tool, hopefully someone else finds use in it) puts me just under the personal allowance amount, and my PIP payments over the tax year put me into taxable realms. Should I worry?
