PIP Tribunal success !!!!

Am sat here in tears with relief. I had my tribunal today and a year since I first applied for PIP, I have gone from 0 points for everything to being awarded Enhanced Daily Living and Standard Mobility until 2023 !!! Huge thank you to everyone, especially Denise who have followed my journey and given me amazing advice. Without this group and it's support I would never have gone through with the tribunal. Thank you Thank you !!!!

Yay!!!! such fantastic news, i'm so happy for you. Just goes to prove that you should never ever give up.

I'm always happy to advise anyone and with news like this it makes my advice even more worthwhile!

Back dated payments can take as long as 8 weeks, so hold on tight until you receive them. Once you do, treat yourself, you deserve it!

I still can't believe it. Even the man from DWP said before they made their decision that he felt there were several descriptors that he would like the panel to look at and he listed them and explained which descriptors and points he thought I should have been awarded from the start. It's exactly 54 weeks today since I first applied for PIP so I hope my news will encourage others, especially those applying solely on mental health conditions to keep going and see the process through because it is worth it in the end. Yes I definitely will be treating myself, not sure what to but definitely something nice xxx
