PIP tribunal success

hi all
I had my pip tribunal today after being told I was no longer entitled In July even though my condition remained unchanged from my previous entitlement.
I just wanted to say to others in a similar situation or about to begin the process please go all the way most of the time the DWP are wrong. The system is so unfair and Iv had months of worrying but it has paid off. Xx

Hi Stanley, it doesn't really matter which condition or how many it's how it affects yours daily living and what you struggle with they have a points system worth looking at them before you apply as you have to have trouble performing these tasks to be egliable. But as before no matter what evidence you gather and what you got it is down to the DWP to decide whether they feel you are entitled and many cases they are turning people down who are in need. Trying to cut the deficit more likely! I took my case all the way to the tribunal they are an independent panel with a judge, doctor and occupational therapist and they look at all evidence provided and what the DWP have decided. They ask questions it's not the nicest experience but I won and 60% of cases which are taken to tribunal are won. So it's definitely worth going through the with it if you feel they are wrong and not considered your claim.
Thank you everyone it has been a stressful 6 months i broke down in the hearing before it even started because of the stress it has caused. But the stress has paid off and defiantly a big weight off my shoulders !!! Xx
