Just for a little fun here Féria, if we had an answer we would all want healthy backs.
When I have had a pinched nerve with no other back issues, physical therapy was recommended by my Dr. What has your Dr. said, he thinks is the cause?
If you just pulled it by lifting something and moved the wrong way, rest ice an/or heat with a couple of Aleeve might help. If there is something more serious, then the Dr. might be the way to go. A pinched nerve can come from anything and finding that anything is not an easy task.
From looking at at your pics and I am not a Dr. by any stretch of the imagination, those two larger black areas look to me like some disc involvement. What does your Dr. Say about the films?.
Having had multiple back surgeries, I, myself, would pursue a medical diagnosis from your Doc. That is just me. You may get some more knowledgeable answers from others on here.
Hang in there and keep us posted on what you find out....

Looks to me like you have a disc herniation. What symptoms are you having? As a retired PM doc my first suggestion would be to try a series of epidural steroid injections to see if that will shrink the disc back into place. I'd also sign you up for physical therapy with heat/ultrasound/laser, LOL all that stuff that feels good on a sore back.

Hi,
the second picture is mirrored and the symptom is a sharp pain all the way to the right leg. I have been waiting for this MRI for 2 years as that's current waiting time. I haven't seen pro with this result yet, the only thing I changed while waiting is that everywhere I sit, I sit on the right side to sort of open the spine at that point if it makes sense. I'm also considering to buy inversion table as it has very positive reviews.
