I have had PR for 2 months.  It is actually getting worse.  My entire body is covered including spots on my palms.  It seems to be relentless.  Has anyone gotten worse before better?  I do not sleep and when I get an "itching attack" it is almost unbearable.

    Mine did get worse before it got better, the spots or patches each seemed to spread out more aswell, almost enough to merge together and cover me completely, i get the itching part too i would wake up with it a few times each night and put more cream on whilst almost sobbing

    I know I have commented on a couple of other places that you posted comments on this forum. On your palms???? That one I have not heard of before either. I had PR for 14 months, and it was everywhere including my ears, scalp and inside my mouth, BUT not hands, feet or face.

    How are you doing now?
