    Hi Taylor

I had exactly the same thing. I have just come back from the solarium and I am down to 6 minutes once a week just to curb the occasional little lump that comes up.

    What I did

Head and shoulders dandruff shampoo as a body wash - twice a day - follow this with a combination of antifungal (preveral cream) and cortsione (got tis from the doctor) and then I slathered on a moisturiser - sorbolene or something really mild.

Tanning solarium 6 min three times a week - it went red the first time, but there was an improvement straight away, they started going flaky and disappearing. within a week, thy were pretty much gone.

So, I am about 4 weeks after diagnosis.. you would never know. Still using loadds of moisturiser and putting the antifungal cream on spasmodically.

I was told I would have it for about 4 months by doctor/ dermatogist.

I also cracked up on Vitamin C, Echinacea as I was a bit run down when I got it.

Hope it helps. I would give it a go. Mine was horrendous.

    smile
