I have pr for a week all over my body !!the only place I have not got it is on my face. The itch is killing me . I am using hydrocortisone 1% w/with cream and taken I allergy tablet a day . Is there anything else I could use to help speed up of recovery? ??? Any help I would be very grateful .

    The only thing that worked for me was sun bed sessions. I had it for 3 weeks and once Id had 3 session it had pretty much cleared up. Also try palmers coconut oil/cream. Good luck!

    I tried using head and shoulders as soup.  My skin dried up and started to peel off almost immediately.
