pityriasis rosea tiredness

Hello

I visited my GP in Hertfordshire UK and was told I had Pityriasis Rosea 3 weeks ago.

Has any one experience such tiredness with this? And also headaches?

I have awful tiredness and the rash yet to disappear but the tiredness is worse than after having Covid.I am taking vitamin C D and getting sunshine when i can in a English month of May . But has anyone had such tiredness ? And also anyone experience feelings of feeling down/depressed with it? My Doctor not very sympathetic but said it goes away ( but i could have wait up to 12 weeks 😦

I have swollen glands come and go as well . I am in my 40s otherwise quite fit but this left me so exhausted
