Plan b spotting or implantation bleeding?

Okay on Aug 4 I had unprotected sex and took a take action pill within 24 hours. This is my fertile week.imageI have taken them before years ago never had any issues with them. No spotting,irregular period or anything. On Aug 9th my supposed ovulation day according to my period tracker, I had unprotected sex again but this time I didn't use a plan b. 2 days later I woke up to brown streaks in my underwear and when i wiped there was brown discharge. My stomach is mildly cramping and today I'm still having brownish red tinged spotting only when I wipe. Could this be the plan b or early implantation from it failing? Would it be too early for me to get implantation bleeding 2 days after unprotected sex if I ovulated? Idk what this is but my period is due in 12 days.
