Plantar Callus vs Warts (pics included)

Hello.

It's been bugging me since May. Back then, I thought that I'd got a pebble in my heel. Recently, I noticed that I have 3 warts on the back of my feet. I had a dermatology appointment last week, and she told me that I have plantar warts. However, she didn't examine me properly, so I'm not sure of the diagnosis. When I go outside, it hurts walking in my shoes, but over time the pain is lessening, and in the end of the day it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. It hurts when I apply direct pressure to the area.
