hi I have had this terrible condition for 4 months now tried tabs physio spent a fortune on orthotics and is now making feel very depressed any ideas pks

    Hi sorry to hear you have the same problem my daughter is suffering from. Do rest the foot, take anti inflammatory tablets, do the exercises. It is a condition that takes over your life, but hopefully with time it will get better

      thank you for your reply unfortunately my go has taken me off the anti inflammatory because she says u shouldn't take them for more than three months ! She has just given me strong painkillers which are not helping ! Do u mind me asking how old ur daughter is xx
