I have it in both feet n neuroma in one. My pain so bad.  Get out of bed or standing after sitting a bit it’s like I need a walker. I’m 38 and I have been on my feet for 20

Years.   I am doing therapy now. I ice them and I am trying not to do the surgery.   I saw a show called the drs. and they had three different ways to help cure it. One was a shot to whom has chronic cases.  I feel mine is that!  There are no local drs that does this show.  It’s called amniotic umbilical coed matrix.  It’s oricey but I need something fast and now!!!!

    Hi. Whats the neuroma you refer to please? Is it nerve damage / inflammation?? I too have been experimenting with hot and cold and agree about feeling the need for a walker at times!

    hi i had surgery on both feet 3 weeks ago and still in pain standing onthem when get out of bed or have sat down, ive been on my feet for 21years , and i dont know what else to do , i have to rely on sticks , can sone one help
