i just noticed what almost looks like a white head near my anus. im not having pain or itching, just terrible anxiety. i do have crohns disease and a history of fissures and hemoroids. but i also have a new sexual partner. would love any thoughts to ease the anxiety

Not herpes so do not worry! Could be a hair bump, or as you have history of other medical things, could possibly be that
