Please Advise What Should I Do Next?

Hi,
I have had neck pain since May 2016, it's just generally stiff and gets worse at the end of the day. It hurts to move it to either side. I have been doing neck exercises and physio but it hasn't resolved the problem.
Then in July, I found some lymph nodes in my neck under the jaw, ultrasound showed them to be reactive at 7mm bilaterally. And 2 supraclavicular nodes at 3mm.
I have night sweats where my hair at the back of the neck is wet and this happens perhaps once a week or twice a week. I haven't had any weight loss. I do have pain in my neck and I have trouble concentrating I feel tired all the time. I do have a toddler who still wakes up at night but this tiredness is really draining.
My bloods have come back normal except red blood cells. MCV and MCH slightly lower than normal. My Haemoglobin is 135.
I am not sure what is causing me all this tiredness and the neck pain. Mri showed minor degeneration in C5/C6 area and minor nerve impingement.
Are the supraclavocular nodes at 3mm something good to be concerned about?
My GP is quite dismissive of me. Her attitude is you are 33 years old chances are nothing is wrong with you at this age!!!! Stupid. I am so worried with ym symptoms and the supraclavicular nodes.

Hi Zee-Zee. First off I would like to tell you that the night sweats that you get with cancer don't just make your hair wet they saturate the whole bed! Everything is soaking, night clothes, bed linen etc. Neck pain can have many different causes but is not usually a sign of cancer. Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of infection somewhere in the body. Your doctor sounds appalling so my advice is change doctors.

I had nodes of 10 mm which were initially rejected but when they found larger than 15 mm the bells began ringing.
I would be more inclined to believe the MRI report and the nerv impingement at this point.
The pain from that combined with you stress levels and lack of sleep could very easily be the cause of the sweats.
Get a second opinion and stay positive.

I have stopped taking my iron supplementation and within 4 weeks my haemoglobin has dropped to 124 from 135 and my ferritin is 66 from 73. Not sure what is going on. Also the node on my right supraclavicular region has slightly gone bigger too and is more prominent but still soft and mobile.

I'm wondering why you've stopped taking the iron supplements? John Edna has given you good advice. Let us know how you get on.

I stopped taking iron supplements because my GP said I have been on them 6 months and it's fine to stop. But within 3-4 weeks of stopping my HG has dropped to 124 from 135.

You need to go back to your doctor or go to another doctor for a second opinion. The drop in haemoglobin needs investigating, be assertive and stand your ground. If you can't get satisfaction contact PALS ( patient advise and liaison service), they will help you.
