I know this will be obvious to you, but when you say it was small then became bigger, what are you referring to?

How long have you noticed what it is that is wrong? / How long has it been like this?

So, what I can see you have a general unhealthiness and red irritated appearance about your penis.

Describe precisely what you mean and say in what way this is different to what it used to be like?

Also, do you wash your penis with soap and when you shower do you use shower gel and suchlike to cleanse your penis? What age were you circumcised and what age are you now? ......

Not really the detail I was asking for! So, have you seen a Medical Professional about this?

What I think you have is either a Dermatological reaction going on to something that your penis is in regular contact with, or you have actually developed a Genital Skin condition. The later possibility is all the more likely if you happen to suffer from other skin conditions elsewhere on your body, or you have a condition such as Diabetes or perhaps it is a side-effect of taking strong medication for a severe medical problem.

For most Men however, symptoms like these are a result of all the things you inadvertently put on your penis on a regular basis, and over a period of years it can show itself as these kinds of symptoms. The best Specialist to see therefore would be a Dermatologist - I will however give you an outline of the broader things you need to think about that you put on your penis on a regular basis, the guide is not worded for you in particular (apart from marked as * ), but is intended for all Men experiencing similar type issues .......

Penile Hygiene Protocol to Combat Penile Problems

      .

In the mean time abstain from applying anything at all to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand only. Don't apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can. If you use condoms regularly try doing without the need to use them for a few weeks. (* in your case I would suggest several months, or even 5 or 6 months!)

By doing all these things hopefully you will get a positive reaction. If you use any of the things I have listed to avoid, on a regular basis at the moment, you can reintroduce them one at a time and see if symptoms return to discover what the potential cause was ... As ever, if it worsens considerably seek Professional Medical advice .....
