Sorry things have been and continue to be so difficult for you, both with illness and the husband's abandonment. Shock, stress, grief etc often seem to impact on ME symptoms and make things worse
Magnesium is supposed to help with the pain. A friend of mine uses a spray variety which seems to work well for them as it absorbs into the skin and can be localized to target particular areas. It's something I intend to try just as soon as I get it together to buy some.
Another thing is that you say you walk for 10 -15 mins on days you can and then suffer greatly. I would suggest cutting that right down to maybe 3 - 5 mins and see how it is then. If you start to improve then build very gradually up from that, perhaps by trying it more regularly to perhaps every or almost every day so your body becomes accustomed to it. If/when that seems managable then try upping the minutes by only 1 - 2 and slowly increase over weeks. Try not to rush it. If you feel you are getting worse again drop down a bit. So tedious I know!
Be as nice as you can to yourself and hope things begin to improive for you.
