Please can anyone help!?! Changing symptoms

I’m 33. Last month my husband and I decided that we wanted to start trying for a baby. We had been using condoms. But two days later (we never actually got the chance to start trying) I started getting pelvic and vaginal cramps. I’ve never had them before. I checked my dates anyway and I had only had my period one week before. I came on 2 days later really heavy. I’ve contacted my Dr and he’s referred me. I have a transvaginal ultrasound booked for next Saturday. Since then I’ve had really messed up symptoms. I had cramps for another two weeks. Not continuous but little stabbing pains every now and then. Also my stomach started ballooning. I looked pregnant. So much so I was going to buy a pregnancy test. Huge pressure at the top of my abdomen like I had eaten two roast dinners, also felt like I had a stitch and had done lots of sit ups. It was so uncomfortable. I’ve lost my appetite. I have to urinate often. Then I got the cramps again and had another period. That has now stopped and my stomach has reduced by 7 inches. I’ve had slight diarrhoea for 3 days. Last night I felt so tired and had a headache but then couldn’t sleep and also since last night the bottom of my back is really aching. Still have a dull ache in my pelvis every now and then. I’ve done symptom checkers and they say ovarian cancer but my symptoms aren’t getting progressively worse, they just keep changing. Has anyone else had anything similar? Could this be a cyst or cancer? Any suggestions or personal experiences would be really helpful!! Thank you in advance.

Hi Alex!
Sorry to hear the pain you’ve been having. Definitely sounds like a cyst to me. I just had a baseball sized cyst & my right ovary removed. My cyst caused me pain during and after sex, including dull aches. When I ate, I always got full fast. And I’m very small, but my stomach looked like I was 4 months pregnant lol. But the way I knew I had a cyst before my doctor even checked, I was having bad acne for awhile & my hair was thinning & excessive body hair (PCOS symptoms) all because of my one cyst. (Not to mention difficulty getting pregnant so I was paranoid.) Cysts are fairly common in women in their child bearing years, and can be usually detected with an ultrasound. Don’t worry yourself too much!
