Please can anyone help? Really worried ! White patches on penis is making me so anxious ! Pics also

ive had some white patches on my penis for a few years as far as i can remember , but the more central ones i dont remember . i have no other symptoms , no itching or discharge . i suffer with bad health anxiety so some kind words would be appreciated right now . i have a gp appointment monday but just really going insane with this . ive only had one sexual partner but do masturbate alot 😒 image

      well most ( the areas on the side have been there years . the ones i think are new havent changed for a few months i beleive

    do you have any type of tightening? like phimosis of the foreskin for example? since you have an appointment on monday i would try to relax until then and not let yourself get too worked up until you get a proper diagnosis

      nope no other symptoms at all , no pain , no issues urinating no lumps or bumps just the colour . i mean some has been there for years now

    Hello Paul, I have been dealing with penis issues like this all of my adult life. I think the best thing to do would be to see what the Doctor says at your initial consultation and update your own discussion forum here to say what has been suggested to you.

    There may be a relatively simple cause of the central marks, the white marking could potentially be as simple as pigmentation change, or may indicate the presence of a skin condition and this may be linked to what you have now noticed in the central region. The Doctor would be the best person to advise you on what to do about this.

    If you think you will be really anxious when you see the Doctor, tell them this when you first go in. Have a pen and paper ready and ASK the Doctor to do a brief summary of what they have told you at the end - so that YOU understand what you may have AND whet the next steps are to getting this sorted ....

    I have the same problem. Mine turned out to be vitiligo that progressively got worse since I was 15
