I used to suffer with really bad migraines then they stopped for a while, the last couple of weeks they have come back but more severe and I feel really anxious with them. Is this normal.

Hello Kylie. You have my sympathy. You must have been so relieved when the awful migraines stopped only for them to start again. I have read they can come in clusters but has something in your routine or in your day to day life changed? It can also be triggered by hormones. I've been free of almost daily migraines for about 10 weeks now but I'm constantly waiting for them to start again. That's the control they have.

I do stress a lot and I am trying to find a new job, the one i have is making me really unhappy. But the last couple of weeks I have been really moody and irritable because of the migraines and it's putting a strain on my relationship. I feel like I have no control and that I want to just pass out.

Kylie I think you should see your GP. It sounds as though all this stress is making things worse. It's hardly surprising your migraines have returned. Stress is a trigger. If you can get help with the stress it'll probably help your migraines. Being unhappy in your job won't help. See what your GP can suggest.
