Please can someone help me i am 23 weeks pregnant. Is this herpes or yeast inf?

i was told i had hpv after giving birth. its been 5 months since i had any signs of it. Ive had this problem before but my obgyn doctor gave me a pill for yeast infections it cleared everything up. i havent had any problems since. but lately for the pass 3 days i noticed that i felt a itch inside my virgin on the left side. this morning i woke up and noticed that it was itching all around inside when i looked inside i saw this? i think it may be because of the soap i used. i did feel a little dryness after using this soap about 4 days ago. i am not hurting there's no pain/ doesnt hurt when i pee, no smell. i just have a slight itch. can someone please tell me what they think of this. dont leave me hanging i am really scaredimageimage
