PLEASE Does this look like Herpes? I’m worried & scared to go docs!

Ive had this happen before multiple times but this is the worse its been. This is about day 3/4 with it. It started with being super itchy down there in the perineum/vaginal opening and also swollen. Then, there looked to be white bumps in the perineum area, only 2. They werent hard or anything, they spread and kinda disappeared if j spread the area myself. Eventually, they went and now this is what it looks like. Still itchy but mostly painful. Hurts when I wipe and hurts when urinating on it! I did have sex a bit dry which could be a cause maybe? Please help!!!!

looks like blisters that popped. I'd worry it's hsv. you should see a dr
