Please give suggestions (dizziness + more)

I have made a few posts regarding my symptoms. just making another hopefully more people can chime in on possible causes and things for me to presue. I have had these symptoms constant for a year now and periodically for 2 years prior.
-Constant Dizziness (like a light headed drunk feeling. Some days worse than others. Usually is worse when in malls, grocery stores or just busy, bright and loud type areas. Those environments also makes all the symptoms I'm about to explain worse)
- Brain Fog (Normally a very intelligent individual however now feel like I can barely think through the simplest tasks with my brain going blank and numb. Trouble with organization, memory, troubleshooting, communication.
-Headache/Neck pain/Pressure (I have fairly constant headaches. Usually at least 2 or 3 days a week. Sometimes more. Usually much worse when my neck is in severe pain. It feels almost locked at times. The headaches wrap around my head evenly and make my scalp hurt to touch. Really hurt behind my eyes and upper and lower sinuses. I also get these headaches and pain when lifting weight or when being physically active. Usually the dizziness is worse when I have these headaches)
-Periodic Tremors ( I go through periods usually a week or so where I am very shaky. My hands vibrate but I can almost feel it through my whole body. My muscles twitch almost. I notice it was smiling or trying to frown. My facial muscles will twitch. Even when working out I feel when I'm contracting the muscles they are twitchy. If I try to slowly open and close my hands my fingers jump around).
Visual issues (I just feel my eyes wont focus properly. I ended up having to get pretty strong glasses to get them to focus but even then some days they still wont focus well and I find it hard to fix them on things).
Ear Popping/Fullness ( both ears feel as if there is liquid in them at times. They feel similar to when you get water in your ear. They will pop and feel full constantly. The smallest amount of elevation makes them fill instantly and gives me a splitting headache and almost visual issues).
What I have done so far to find answers
Been to my GP countless times. She did multiple full panels of blood work which always come.back great. She is convinced it is in my head ? Gave me beta blockers and an anti depressant called wellbutrin. Beta blockers stop the shakes but make me tire. the Anti depressant made me feel awful. Like I didnt care about myself or anyone and made me even more forgetful. I went off of it after 4 weeks.
Had an MRI done in 2018 before symptoms got this bad however it showed nothing wrong.
-Finally convinced my doctor to refer me to a neurologist. Saw the neurologist in February of this year. I went through my list of symptoms and he just seemed dismissive too. He looked at my MRI and said my brain actually looked exceptionally healthy and I asked him for a new MRI to compare and he said it was not needed. He just told me it was either Menieres, vestibular migraine or anxiety. He did send me to his colleagues Dizziness clinic where the ottologist (I think that's what they are called) did a hearing test along with a bunch of vestibular testing including making me dizzy with warm air in my ear. The results showed I have hearing loss in my left ear at Los decibels (I have had that for 5 years since my first ever hearing test and I told him that). He also found that the left ear had excessive fluid build up. That was all that he found and gave the results to my neurologist. The neurologist said yep these results are straight forward and mean you have Menieres disease. Told me to cut out triggers and eat low sodium and sent me on my way. I explained that I had never had a vertigo attack like a menieres sufferer and he didnt say anything. So I followed the diet which was not much different than my usual diet as I am a bodybuilder (well was before all this) so I eat very well. The diet had no result and honestly only made headaches worse when I cut the caffeine out. He also gave me modafinil to take when I was feelig extra foggy. It does help sometimes but only to an extent.
- I decided I'm quite sure I dont have Menieres and I am waiting to see and ENT for another opinion. I also read a lot about upper cervical C1, C2 misalignment causing major issues. I located an upper cervical chiropractor and she took xrays of my neck. My neck has no curvature at all and the C1 is rotated up by 3 degrees which apparently is a lot ? She performed a nucca adjustment and after the first adjustment I honestly felt so much better. I only felt good that day though and the next day it was back. I had a second treatment but I got no relief that time and honestly felt even worse the day after it.
SO I am sorry for such an in depth look into my problem but I feel the more info the better. What are some more things you all suggest looking into or trying. This has ruined my life. I cannot bodybuild anymore (I still stay active and lift lighter), I can barely function at work. I have lost drive for all my hobbies and ambitions due to feeling so poor. My girlfriend of 5 years whom I own a house with left me because of my symptoms causing me to be boring and a downer some days. I am only 26 years old. I need to fix this and get my life back. I cannot see how I'll be able to live with these symptoms.
Thanks all and stay safe out there !

You sound like me. I have been a mess for 10 yrs. I think I finally know my issue and it sounds like yours....maybe. have you looked into Occipital Neuralgia. Look it up online. You can also join a group on Facebook. The Occipital nerve runs from the base of your neck up and over your head. A neurologist or pain management doctor will diagnose it. There is no test for it. They will simply give you a nerve block shot to see if it helps. I have been getting shots for about 6 months and it has helped. I am not fixed yet but I think I am going down the right road. You can also look at SCM muscle issues. If they are tight it can cause problems.

I would say the same, occipital neuralgia. Over 10 years with the exact same symptoms, really debilitating. Researched at length myself after years with diagnosis of vestibular migraine which didn't seem to fit all the problems I was having. Am looking forward to trying the nerve blocks to get some relief, hopefully, after coronavirus worries are over. Will prove or disprove diagnosis. There are some YouTube videos I watched, too, in which I recognized my forward head posture probably contributed to this and the way I have been sleeping with my neck in a bad position--trying to correct those things and already notice less dizziness. Wishing you luck in finding relief.

You might want to have your middle ear checked out.2005 started to lose
my balance. then vision problem (double vision) then hearing loss.
First diagnoses was mild parkinson (wrong) next diagnose was C.I.D.P.
(also wrong) but for which I took Gammaked every other week for 3 years.
Then found another Neurologist February 2017, and he gave me a battery
of test and diagnosed me with Bilateral Vestibular Loss for which there
is no cure or treatment. Took me 12 years to find a diagnoses. Now I barely
ambulate with a walker. Dying is easy, living is hard........... Cheers

i would of said migraine as i know it can affect your neck eyes and head but i don't know about the rest
i get a foggy head but it disappears after i do the vestibular exercises which you could find online. it makes you feel very dizzy but my brain fog goes and its now gone for 2 days. make sure you do the eye exercises too. i also get fluid in ear and now ringing in ears with vertigo but i don't think i have meniers disease as i only get vertigo when laying down and it only lasts a few minutes. its horrible that everything is so similar so its hard to point what it is. hope you find answers unfortunately I'm still looking

Agree with rocksolid--your symptoms sound just like mine and am hoping injections will help. Posted reply to rocksolid, was gratified to hear someone else thought of that as a possibility. Over 10 years for me and this is so debilitating. Good luck with finding relief --so frustrating that doctors have no idea about what causes these symptoms.
