Please Help ☹️ Allergic Reaction? Vulvar P?

Hi, last night I felt a bit of burning and itching but I didn't think to look to see what was going on. I woke up in the middle of the night to go pee, and I was still burning and itching, as I check myself down there I see these ridge like forms in the inner part of my vulva. I've done so many google searches to try and find out what it could be but I'm getting nowhere but scared and paranoid. I haven't had intercourse in a few weeks and I take regular showers. I was completely fine this morning until the evening, and then that's when the itching and burning started. Could this be an allergic reaction to something? Or something more serious?
