Please help.

I have PCOS and haven’t had a perio in 3 years until this week. It’s been extremely heavy and doubly painful, what does this mean? Is there any cause for me to see a GP?

Hi, are you taking meds to stop your period? Are both ovaries affected? Did you feel your ovulation? Do you have late stage PCOS with facial hair or cyst acne

Something similar happened to me a couple years ago. After awhile I went to my doctor and it turned out I was having a spontaneous pregnancy/miscarriage. I have pcos and this news shocked me. I am not sure if this could be what you are experiencing but I do think you should see your doctor. Also. Try Inositol. I started last week. I heard it regulates your cycle and your mood.
