so ive been dealing with what appears to be dry, angry, irrated dry skin. every other day I'm dealing with these paper cut like cuts on the labia. They appear, heal within the night and re split open again when I start moving around. I've taken yeast medication. been treated for UTI. BV. you name it. I've tried every cream I can think of and nothing seems to help. I'm just lost.
