So I've been having some strange symptoms my dr really has no idea what's going on. Bleeding from back passage had colonoscopy all clear. Strange vaginal sensations always worse just before period, going to the toilet all the time and feeling of needing to go again straight after, this is always worse just before period (no water infections) lower back pain, awful pelvic pain worse just before period. Vaginal discharge white, clear and sometimes pale yellow, diarrhoea, strange vaginal sensations hard to explain. I have CT of pelvis and stomach coming up on the 30th I have no bleeding in between periods, although periods have been a bit heavier that normal. Last smear 2 years ago. All clear. Dr has mentioned possible Endometriosis

Aw bless you love. Sound awful everything sounds towards endo to me apart from the bleeding from back passage I've had it 6 years and I've never suffered from this. Have they checked you for cronies disease maybe look up symptoms for it. Sorry if I've spelt it wrong. I'm in agony when I come on im bed bound when I do it's horrible so maybe look not endo I'm not sure. Hope this helps. X

Hi Rosanna,
I can't offer much help for some of what you have been experiencing, but this might help put your mind at ease. I kept getting that felt like UTI's and needing to wee all the time, not able to hold my wee for very long etc. And I was convinced i had endometriosis on/in my bladder - but my doctor said this was rare and very unlikely. I had my op on Monday and i did have endo on my bladder and also my ureter tubes, which my doctor then said oh well that probably explains the issues with your bladder! (he seemed to instantly forget he had made me feel like i was mad for suggesting endo on my bladder).
So it is a possibility that you could have endo on your bowel or bladder which could be causing the issues with going to the loo?
Keep pushing with the docs/specialist to get everything checked and get the answers you want!
I hope you get everything sorted soon

Yes, your symptoms can be endo. Rectal bleeding from endo often produces a very dark blood, quite different from the color you see when you cut your finger. Diarrhea can be a symptom of endo but they always want a colonoscopy first so you're ahead of the game.
And tho it is extremely common in this forum, one can have endo without ever bleeding between periods. Ask the doc who's suggesting endo to start checking for it, which ultimately means a laparoscopy.
