How can I be so sleepy and tired but my brain refuses to go into deep sleep? this is a nightmare that came from no where to blind side me. I can barely function feeling so lousy.

I don't want to hear about sleep hygiene or about being anxious, or having a racing mind. This is different. It is quite simply the inability to go into deep sleep, despite all conditions being perfect for it.

Someone out there must have had this happen. Please tell me what it is, how do I fix it? I don't know where to turn, doctors cant help me, im running out of money and my sanity.

I need real explanation besides the commercialized google explanation about being on a phone too long nonsense or sleep apnea. This happened overnight with no changes in my routine.

    I have not had a deep sleep for 3 years. During this time, only 16 days had a good deep sleep with a pill. I remember last year 05.02.2017 there was only one night a deep sleep. I remember that day perfectly. I have eyes, my head is sick all the time. I know what to be without a deep sleep. It's just a nightmare. I always wanted to die than to live with such a feeling. Nobody can help you. I spent too much money on this so that anyone could help. The end of the end you will wash that apart from the sleep hygen, the restriction of sleep will not help anything. This is very difficult to do but still have to do. I was the first to go for 2017.09.01 and after 10 days I got up and could not and did not have enough strength. I'm doing this and strictly went through 5 days and I feel better. Sorry, my English is very bad.

      Yes, I tried everything in the world and spent so much money went to all the big best clinics and a doctor in the world. At the end of the ponies there is no cure and a miracle cure. I have 2 times to do sleep restriction is very difficult but I have to do besides there is no cure. I'm now making a bed to sleep 02, get up 07.

    when you fall asleep your imagination should kick into dream state but it seems that you are not relaxed enough and you worry about anything and everything current to your daytime existance. You could try hypnosis in order to become relaxed and sleep better.
