Please help

i have had really bad shallowing breathing and some times dizzy. feels like a lump in throat but i can talk normal and my heart rate is fine. zoloft 50mg and could use some reasurance that it has happened to someone else. breathing rate is 14 breaths per minute. it feels like a constant panic attack.... i am stopping the meds for a couple days to see if the itching goes away due to psych orders. i have never had this happen before.
