does this look like a anal fissure or herpes? for the past week i have been having diharhea and now my stools are very hard. when i checked it looked like a little cut. i have not had anal sex here in a while. does not hurt but feels sore after wiping.

Do a sitz bath 2-3 times a day and make sure you have a good amount of fiber and water everyday. If that doesn't work see a doctor.
