Please help

i went to the doctor on 08/31/2022 and it was confirmed that i have yeast infection and bv. Now i am experiencing a cut on the vaginal opening i read that bv can cause those tears which cause a dot of blood after sex for me. It also states that herpes can cause this as well I've been tested for everything except herpes so now im really concerned that i may have it. I did get cheated on a couple months ago and i started seeing someone new so now im scared i scheduled another appointment with my gynecologist for 10/27/2022 to get tested for herpes so i can finally be at ease but im so nervous. i'll attach photos the bumps that look like they're on top of my vagina is just from the mirror being dirty lol sorry but can anyone help me to see if i may have herpes from the pictures

    I don't see any obvious lesions , & the bumps don't really strike me as herpetic looking ... I think you're all good! You would most likely be in an immense amount of pain by now had you contracted HSV2/genital herpes in late august/early september.
