Please help ! Abdominal and rib pain !

'm 16 and I started with rib pain on my upper right side then it moved to the left and my stomach makes growling sounds and I also tend to have chest pains directly between my boobs. I look bloated and it's hard to pass gas which is rare for me . When I wake up I sometimes here a clicking sound in back because sometimes the rib pain makes my back hurt . I also feel constipated so I took a laxative that made me wish I never took it. Please help !

    Have you been to your doctor for tests?  If so, has he/she suggested what it might be? Your symptoms could be IBS if everything else is ruled out.  I would keep a food diary to check for intolerances.  Have you had any stress recently?  Anxiety can trigger IBS.

      No I have not been to the doctor yet and yes I'm stressing and I'm worried because this has never happened before, it's scary

      I went through the same anxiety last March until the middle of May.  It left me completely drained.
