Please help! Allergies or Lichen Sclerosis? (photos)

7 months ago I moved to a new state and have been dealing with full body skin rashes which I assume is due to allergies. Alongside the itchy rashes, my clitoris started itching, then my anal area, until it spread to my whole genital region. It was also incredibly dry, and I was getting little anal tears often. It was unbearable and doctors couldn't figure out what it was (they tested me for all sorts of infections). I noticed 4 months ago that the skin has started looking wrinkled, and while my outer labia used to be plump, it's now dented and maybe losing its color. Does this look like LS?

Has anyone else had LS develop with the onset of other skin conditions/allergies?
