Please help. Anyone have extreme leg and calf pain from anxiety?

I have been having extreme leg and calf pain the last week or two and it freaking me out so bad that im unable to sleep. i keep thinking its something worse than what it may really be. i drink plenty of water but i also know i have been under a ton of stress lately and worrying about everything. my neck and back has also been insanely sore the last week or two. i keep worrying i have some clot or weird thing happening to me because calve pain its not an anxiety symptom i have experienced before. ive had neck, back, even given myself heartburn from pushing or flexing my stomache for hours straight without reslising it.

please is anyone out there that can relate to this and how its making my brain go crazy.....i just want to feel normal again i hate having theres random pains all over my body and feeling like crap and sore plus fatigued. im at my wits end. please anyone else thats ever felt like this please respond.

i never have had that. I am not a dr, but where the leg pain is at is it hot, red or swollen? Also when i get tightness i take a hot bath and put epson salt in it and soak. It really helps.

let your doctor know what’s going on. It could be as simple as and electrolyte imbalance such as calcium or potassium that is easily fixed. Or muscle strain. It doesn’t sound like anything that is caused by anxiety.even if somebody on this site says they had , that doesn’t mean it’s the exact same thing that’s going on with you. Just go have it checked out. for your peace of mind. Take care
