PLEASE HELP - are these genital warts? mixed diagnosis

In December I noticed these bumps on the left side of my labia majora. They didn’t itch, and at first my doctor said they were either from shaving or molluscum. I saw another doctor when I felt they were becoming more noticeable, and she said they were either molluscum or genital warts. I got another opinion, and this third doctor said she believed they were warts, as they do not have the centre indent that molluscum typically presents.
No doctor did any formal tests to confirm that they were either molluscum or warts. One doctor did cryro on them, and only two of the bumps scabbed over. The other ones were not affected. I was vaccinated against hpv, and received the vaccine that protects against 90% of warts. So I’m surprised that this is happening.
I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with something like this, and if they look warts or something else. I'm so anxious about the idea of having HPV, and just need to know if I have it or if it's something else. I’m going to another doctor this week to hopefully get a Pap test.
I’ve attached two pics. The first is before cryro. The second is after two bumps responded to cryro and after I applied Apple cider vinegar, salacyllic acid, and tea tree oil to it for a few days.

this is what they look like today. is it typical for molluscum to stay isolated in one area like this? it's been like this for four months.

do you know if there are other ways to treat it other than burning it? I scar horribly, as you can see from the top most burned lesion.
i've had it since december and it has not spread to other areas, despite using the same towel and razor. is this typical?
