Please help! Are these haemorrhoids?

Hi, i have had these for a while now but recently they have started itching. Also have slight lower back pain ( unsure if related ). I also have a skin tag near there. The first photo is relaxed second photo is squeezing. Thank youimageimageimage

    Yes, I have exactly the same, in the same place. A few helpful people on here have confirmed them as Hems. I've had 6 weeks of misery.

      thanks for the reply, I thought so. Have you had any sort of back pain? Also what treatments have you been trying?

      No back pain this time but I have in the past. I've had years of symptoms but only just recently (two days ago) noticed the External Hems. I've been prescribed Proctosedyl suppository and ointment. If you're in the UK the ointment is difficult to get on prescription as there is a manufacturing issue. The other forum members are extremely helpful.

      I have tried the anusol cream but that doesnt seem to be working, so have order some suppositories hopefully that makes a difference

    they look like external heamoroids, you can use Anusol cream which works well can be bought from pharmacy or Amazon.

      ive tried the cream but doesnt seem tk be working, I have order suppositories on Amazon so hopefully the do they job
