Please help, are these signs of LS? (Male, 23)

Hi everyone,
Sorry if posting in the female section is inappropriate, but it seems there isn't a LS section for men. I'm very anxious and appreciate it very much if anyone could please shed some light on my situation.
I currently have symptoms similar to BXO/LS (described on websites), and I thought of going to see a doctor, but I feel so anxious and embarrassed because I think I treated my penis very badly both in terms of hygiene and masturbation. I might consider observing my conditions for a month, then go see a doctor if things don’t progress. Below is a description of my case. Apologies if this post gets too long.
I’m 23 years old male(virgin), and after an incident of masturbation about a month ago, I developed a small bruise around the tip of my glans. I didn’t care too much since it was small and usually go away, and I continued to masturbate until it got worse (shown in the attached photo). I searched the web for glans inflammation and found the disease LS/BXO. Upon further search, I’m not certain if my conditions really fit the definition of LS.
Due to sensitive glans, I masturbate with my foreskin over the glans, and I rarely retract my foreskin to wash the glans…which leads to poor hygiene. The yellowish scales on my glans (area towards my body) are just dead skins and I can scrape them off when I take shower. But, as you can see in first picture, there is a transparent pale patch near the tip of the glans (to the left side, marked in blue). When I get a full erection, that part does feel tense like something is pulling the skin. This could be scarring due to bruises on the glans that I had a few years ago as I never paid attention over the course of healing. I’m not sure if this discoloration/glans skin scarring is a sign of LS.
Also, near the tip of the foreskin which feels like dented hard scale (second picture marked in red). This could be scar left due to vigorous masturbation (I don’t really recall if I injured that part), but the patch didn’t spread/enlarge for about a year so far.
Other than these signs, I don’t feel pain, sore or burning around the glans when I erect or when I urinate.
Has anyone seen similar situation, especially the transparent pale patch? I don’t have any other visible white spots around my penis. When I urinate, the stream is fine and doesn’t spray, although I dribble a little. I don’t feel I need to urinate often.
I appreciate it very much if anyone with LS, how did you find out about it and what where your early symptoms, and when you observed your symptoms like the white spots, did you spread and grow larger over what period of time?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. I feel so anxious, and I wish this can go away somehow.
