I'm surprised you are still coherent enough to write!

Do you just lie awake unable to sleep or have you something on your mind? Do you have a nervous condition? Are you depressed?

If you don't get some sleep soon, I think you must see a doctor.

[Unless it's jetlag or you are losing your circadian rhythm with age, I doubt melatonin will help.]

I normal start to fall asleep but then jerk myself awake and i just toss in turn yes i am stress but thats kind of a catch 22 since of course i would be stressed after having this much lack of sleep.Im not an expert but ik enought to say 2 days without sleep does not quite impair your thinking ablity to the point of not being able to type. Melatoinin can help people with insominia get a healthly sleeping pattern.Im sure im getting a hour of sleep each night and i just dont notice it.i have to fall alseep sooner or later so im trying to have high hopes but thank you for you response.

Hi Nicholas, how are you getting on?

I've just had 2 nights of pretty much zero sleep so wondered how it went with you afterwards?

    I'm hoping I'll sleep tonight!!!
