Please help: Bouts of frequent numbness, tingling, pressure in head accompanied by nausea

I was wondering if anyone had any possible answers, I have been getting tingling and numbness on the top of my head and side of my face, its accompanied by dizziness, nausea and sometimes a pressure that only relieves when I lie down (but not always).

The most pertinent feelings are nausea and the head pains that get worse if i move my head about.

It originally started with an intense wave of heat and discomfort rising up from my body and my head, causing me to almost faint.

I have had it for 4 weeks now, am getting bloods done and quite worried what it could be.

    Additional info is i'm also weak down my left side when the flare hits.
