Please Help! Bumps on vaginal opening (be advised there's a picture)

I have had protected intercourse, it was both our first times. A couple of weeks later I experience slight discomfort such as itching and cramping near my genital region. There's some bumps that now rest on my vulva. There was some change in my vaginal discharge, and it is now thick and white, and not stretchy. Could it be VP or an STI?
