Please help burning and family are un sympathetic

hi everyone

I have been on betnovate for 2 weeks and 5 days now, where the white patches, bruising scarring is definitely looks a good bit better and feels smoother bruises healing etc ( the LS is located on my perineum and anus)

however the last two weeks my labia are burning like crazy these areas arent white but are maybe paler pink than they were, do you think the LS is starting here ant tips how to soothe this? is burning even a symptom?

I tested positive for candida was prescribed 1 dose fluconazole is it more likely this hasn't cleared I have no discharge or itching?

how long does the steroid cream usually take to clear up all the symptoms?

sorry for rambling my family just think I'm being a pest and tell me to stop moaning I feel so alone.

    you can try sitting in baking soda and borax water make sure its warm. it will help with the itching. I usually sit in this 2 times a week

    Your family doesn't know what they are saying/doing if they are unsympathetic. I assume you have explained this to them. Have you showed any of your female relatives, (mother/sister) this area? Maybe if they could see it, they would be supportive. Do research online and try coconut oil, avoid perfumed soaps and, sugar. Staying off of wheat did not help me nor did taking collagen powder for 4 months. Have seen 7 docs and they say no cure but I think there may be a way to greatly decrease the problem which the medical literature suggests is auto-immune. Don't give up... I haven't and it's been 2 1/2 years.

    I only have brothers so no sisters I have to female cousins who I recently spoke to who are really helpful.

    my mum i love to bits but shes a very get on with it person and it's hard to speak to her about it.

    I bought some coconut oil def helps while it's on so I just apply it constantly lol and I bought different detergent etc the burning was gone for like 2 weeks and it was fab but its came back 😦 I did kind of stop applying the coconut oil as much during this time so maybe that's not helped. thought my steroid cream would have sorted this after 5 weeks but it's not a highly potent one like dermovate or clobestol so maybe it will just take longer?
