Please Help - BV, UTI, and linchen?

I am in need of some encouragement. It all started a few weeks ago - I went in for a UTI, to which the culture took weeks to get back and came back positive. So, I took the prescribed antibiotic and towards the middle of the pack, I started noticing white patches and itchiness on my upper labia along with a white, paper-like discharge and fishey odor. A few weeks before all this happened, I stopped taking amitriptyline (starting to think that’s what caused everything).  After I finished the antibiotics for UTI, i went in to my obgyn for the other symptoms thinking a yeast infection. The test came back with BV. I took that antibiotic for the specifics time frame and it seemed to be going okay, but had a painful biopsy taken for linchen schlerosis. I just got news that that came back negative (thank goodness) but did test positive for dermatitis, to which I have to use a steroid cream until the patches go away. Everything was fine for about a week, but I am noticing UTI AND BV symptoms sad(( urine stream is weak, frequently feeling like I have to go, itchiness, odor, cramping, etc. I am back on my amitriptykine to help with the good bacteria in my gut but don’t want to be stuck in a BV/UTI cycle as many women are. Sorry for the length, but the last month and a half has been difficult and frankly worrisome. I’m trying to stay calm but as a 23 year old with a history of health-related anxiety, I am nervous. Any help would be appreciated until I am able to get back in to urology and obgyn😭😢😢

Though antibiotics help in that moment they tend to make the problem 10x worse

Most physicians fail to educate patients which is extremely disheartening as this is such a confidence killing “illness”

If you’re certain it’s BV I would recommend probiotics

Since it doesn’t seem you’ve been suffering for too long I would suggest oral ingestion

If you have a more serious case as I did I would suggest a douche

I cured my BV with a acidophilus douche
