Please help - Chronic pain , Derealization PTSD

I have come to the forum to try and meet people who can help me understand what has happened to my body . Before I tell my story I have been medically cleared from any form of physical illness and has multiple bloods , MRIs and seen many specialists .
After quite a traumatic home life growing up with an alcoholic father , I decided to get out of the house and go on holiday with 2 mates . We went to Zante for a clubbing holiday , where my life changed .
I woke up one morning with a racing heart and immediately panicked thinking I had a heart problem . This is due to me having a prior heart episode earlier in the year . I went to a private clinic in which they said I was fine , but should go to the hospital for more tests.
Upon arriving at Zante hospital I was greeted by stray dogs , a horiffic smell , and rubbish everywhere. I was literally pushed into a filthy bed covered in dry blood , and turned to my left to see an elderly lady having a seizure with no help with her . My friends were kicked out , and I sat there in disbelief , it was like a horror film from the 80s.
A Greek doctor (holding a bottle of whisky) then came over to me and demanded I have a blood test. This came back clear but as I was sat waiting for my results in such a horiffic place I had very bad anxiety . As I went to sit up and leave I had an immense burning pain in my back and chest and actually got stuck lying down . The pain was unbearable , so they then forced me for an X-ray , literally pushing me where to go and shouting in Greek at me as they could not talk English.
I had to sit for 3 days Ina hotel room before flying home to A&E in which they found nothing wrong with me except a minor "infection" which I had anti bitoics for .
3 years later I suffer from "chronic pain syndrome" with no explanation as doctors are baffled . My muscles in my back , chest and u see my arms burn 24/7 and only a boiling hot shower helps me.
I also suffer with 24/7 brain fog and a feeling of being stoned and drunk which I now know is Derealization.
I also suffer with a flu like feeing which doctors say is from prolonged anxiety .
Is it possible to be in so much physical pain from what happened to me ?! My muscle knots and pain is REAL I'm in agony every day with heat and ice packs . No pain medication helps neither does any anti depressant .
I'm so lost 
doctors say they can't test me for anything else , and say it's not fibromyalgia as my pain isnnot wide spread through my body.
What can I do ?!

I read your post recently and found it interesting.
Believe it or not, I wrote a long reply to you last Sunday and today, but my computer totally froze on each occasion. It had taken me over an hour of writing (x2)
I had made a search re Zante hospital in Greece. Just as you said, there were many reports of this hospital being more or less a hell hole, and should be avoided at all cost. It's an horredous hospital! It's weird too!
I wrote about your physical and mental suffering. You need to see a hospital pain management specialist ASAP! As for your mental wellbeing, it also needs serious intervention.
I'm unable to write more at this moment in time as I need to try and work out what is causing my computer to crash so suddenly.
However, I wanted to let you know that I did make an effort to respond to your huge distress.
I hope that this reply will be received by you.
