    Looks more like a post hem skin tag

    Also could just be the way your anus has formed.

    I had anxiety recently, got my anus reviewed by a doctor and it was all good, i had a scare that I had a wart.. It was not, just a post hem skin tag

      That being said, you should always get this checked.. If it turns out to be a wart, the sooner its removed the better
