Please help. Could this single bump be my primary outbreak?

3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex. I also contracted Covid a week after. 2 weeks later I randomly noticed a small firm bump near my vagina (on my buttock). it didn't itch or burn but was sensitive to touch. Skin around my vagina and on the back of my thighs was irritated and my period started even though I am on contraceptives. the bump went away in few days and I was diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis but I am paranoic that this bump was my first outbreak.
