Please help! Do these bumps look like HPV or VP?

I’ve first noticed these bumps appear by my vaginal opening around August of 2020 awhile after I went swimming in a river. At first I thought that they could have been some sort of bacterial infection from being in the water. I also started to believe they could be keratin build up or maybe pimples. I don’t exactly remember how I found them because they don’t hurt and are barely noticeable by touch, they aren’t hard,

— they feel more like skin tags. I don’t have any irregular discharge or different smells or burning. I also don’t feel around too much down there so I don’t know how long they were there. I’m in a LDR and the last time I had sex was in November of 2019, and he was the only person I had sex with in 2019. The last guy I slept with before that was in September 2018. I haven’t had anything like this before, they remind me of the keratin bumps I get on my legs and elbows but I’m not sure. I looked more into it and I was certain it was VP because of me not being sexually active and how they look compared to other photos I’ve seen, and posts on here that said similar and in a way wrote it off in my mind to not stress too much over. Until yesterday my mother told me my sister in law got a pap smear done and they found HPV. She’s been with my brother for over 4 years so this had me worried that I could have it from someone and not had an outbreak. I’ve had unprotected sex with my current LDR boyfriend and a different boyfriend earlier in 2018. I’ve never gotten a pap smear, and I’m 27 years old but I have no insurance so I’ve been putting it off. I genuinely don’t believe that my current boyfriend has cheated or had sex with anyone else while he’s been with me, and he says he’s gotten checked before me so I believe him. But I’ve read on here that HPV is harder to detect in men, is this true? I almost feel sick and guilty in a way as if I done something wrong. Please help me!

first i would recommend you going for a pap.

it possibly looks like hpv and those could be wart type lumps

also, HPV can lay dormant for years. Men and female can have it and not know. Don't feel sick. You can also get HPV even if you wear a condom
