Please help! Does this look like herpes?

I just lost my virginity with protected sex and before i had vaginal acne with a lot of ingrown hairs. i cant tell if this is vaginal acne or herpes but these are the new developments since. im going to the doctor soon and i really hope i am tripping. the first photo is how normally looks and the rest are the new concerning pop ups. no pain is really felt unless i press some of them. I also just started using an acne scrub, tea tree oil, and aloe vera gel to fight ingrowns and acne appearance so maybe im breaking out.
