Please help - erectile disfunction and premature ejaculation at the same time

Edited , 4 users are following.

hello guys, i am a young guy, still below 35.

i was never a marathon runner in the bed, as long as i remember. however, when being young, i could actually last 10-15min of intercourse being hard and without ejaculation, which with some foreplay gave me enough time for me and my gf to enjoy.

i used to do sports a lot when younger, later gained some weight at around the age of 30.

since that age (maybe even before i started gaining weight, i started to experience premature ejaculation - coming in less than two, sometimes even one minute, which with the softer and softer erections started to basically destroy my sexual life.

i have started going to my urologist since two years ago. they did my hormones, my T was in the lower parts of normal, but still over the critical limits. i tried viagra (didnt work), cialis (worked maybe once or two times, nothing later on). i tried shockwave therapy (nothing). my doctor did the screening test and he didnt see any veins issues. i tried stopping watching porn and no fap for almost seven months (nothing, later rellapsed).

i barely get morning wood anymore. i sometime get an erection when talkong to a new girl around the pool lets say, but my now ex didnt really make me too horny even when she would be walking naked infront of me. even those erections are like 75% of what can be done.

when i fap, i often ejaculate when my penis is just semihard.

now i am on the verge of a new relationship and i am afraid of what will happen.

any other ideas? i have studied the internet a lot and i found the venous leak problem. other than that, nothing that comes to my mind.

my urologist also prescribed me some antidepressant, as he tthought it could by psychological, but i know it isnt - the same happened to me after taking alcohol or smoking weed.

also, i dont smoke cigarettes at all, reduced my alcohol intake less than two pints of beer a day at average (usually i only drink after playing tennis or riding a bike). i smoke weed maybe 8times a year. I never take harder drugs (tried just once).

What could you possibly see as the problem. could i really have incurable ED with possible premature ejaculation at the same time at the age of 35?

what could help me? especially looking for a solution, where the partner wouldnt know straight - like penis pumps etc. those would also not cure the premature ejaculation i have to experience.

what would that be? penis vacuum implant? some vein reconstruction? the cost of the solution is not an issue.

anybody who will be able to identify what might be wrong with me and bring a longterm solution to that problem, i promise i will find a way how to say thanks.

all i want is 15-20min of being hard and not ejaculating.

bless you for any idea

michal , if your T as been checked and showing to be on the low side - you should ask your urologist to put you on T treatment - at your age of 35 you should be running at the higher end of scale .. Also , the weight gain you stated can cause you lower T issues too. Men should be at 800 to 1000 level - so i would suggest you have it checked again.. The antidepressants your Dr prescribed will not solve your ED issues - the side affects actually could cause the ED and libido problems .. my thoughts only !

    good luck

you deff need a testosterone therapy before you go to thebl extremes.of surgery. there are many options.. shots, patches, gels. give them time usually takes a few months before noticable results.

you need to get your testosterone to a good level before taking viagra.

try not to stress about it as the anxiety can make it even worse. be sure that you are not the only younger man with these issues. antidepressant can actually cause ED so if you are not depressed i would ween down from those. im not a doctor but a 31 year old female whose husband suffers with this issue and has since he was 27 we have been together the whole time

if somebody really cares about you, this doesnt have to be a relationship destroyer. enjoy the sex you do have. learn other ways of being intimate. and make sure to talk to eachother about needs. dont give up there is hope. viagra now works for my husband, and although we cant have spontaneous sex we have a decent sex life 1-3 times a week.

thank you for your feedback. i actually lost around 30 pounds since i have last done my tests so hopefully these parametres improved too. Still working on getting even better.

I am a little worried and embarassed by the combo of ED and premature ejaculation, as i never really took the antidepressants regulary (took them maybe 4times, felt like after hangover).

i hope i can find out where my problem is, as i am single after long term relationship and i am quite worried of the possible disappointment of the girl i will start dating.

anyways, thanks for all the input you gave me and any possible input anybody else still might have.
