PLEASE HELP, extremely scared about bumps around vagina

I recently had two very small bumps on the skin around my vagina , parallel with my clit (i thought they were small pimples and popped them, I know the worst Idea) but they returned a little bigger and without a head. They look almost like open sores and are very painful. My partners have all been tested prior to me sleeping with them,but still my worst case scenario and extremely scared. My lymph nodes are enlarged on one side and I am not running a fever or having any other symptoms. The bumps also only appear in the one area and everything else seems fine. I am an athlete and required to stay in my spandex for multiple hours a day with is not healthy and hoping that this is some sort of bacterial infection, just looking for someone to tell me either way.     Whatever they are you need to get yourself checked out and get the right treatment. If your lymph nodes are enlarged you probably have an infection and simple antibiotics could clear it up. But it could also be a an STI of some sort. Do your partners use condoms?
